However well your network is designed and implemented, there will be times when problems occur. And when they do, you need answers fast, which is why we offer a whole range of support services.
Support services
Our support services provide you with a full range of contracted options for supporting your network, depending on the extent of your operations, from business hours Monday to Friday to 24 x 7 and everything in between. In all cases our maximum response time for starting problem diagnosis is 30 minutes, but the reality is that work starts on most cases in around 10 minutes.
Network monitoring and management
Our sophisticated, non-invasive monitoring service is included with every maintenance contract. By constantly checking on IT infrastructure components it provides you with advance notification of problems and comprehensive analytical tools to monitor the performance of your network.
We also offer a fully managed service, whereby the experts in our Network Operations Centre (NOC) take over the monitoring of your network performance for you, proactively addressing issues as they occur and providing you with detailed performance reports for future planning.
Nationwide coverage
Both replacement hardware and site visits by qualified engineers can be included in your support contract. In both instances we offer a 4 hour response nationwide. We can do this because we have a network of 13 bonded warehouses across the UK and Ireland which hold over £3 million in spares.
Remote configuration
In addition to our support contracts, we also offer a remote configuration service, which is useful if you don’t have the skills or time to configure new network components. Instead our experienced NOC engineers will securely access your network and configure the components for you, using ITIL-based processes to provide authorisation and a complete audit trail.
